Review: Cosmetic Skin Solutions Vitamin C+E Serum

If you've always wanted to try the Skinceutical C+E Ferulic Serum but shudder at the price, fear not: I've found a much cheaper dupe. This formula by Cosmetic Skin Solutions is, for all practical purposes, identical. It contains 15% vitamin C, 1% vitamin E, and 0.5% ferulic acid and hyaluronic acid. I've used it for six months now and have never had an adverse reaction. I have seen clear benefits to my skin, with an improvement in texture and in clarity. Vitamin C in serum form has excellent protective qualities, and pairing it with vitamin E and ferulic acid enhances its performance.
I purchased a 1 oz bottle--which, by the way, is intelligently designed with dark glass to protect the contents and a dropper to avoid contamination--and it has lasted me 6 months. It cost me $38.95, which is a smashing good deal. If you were wondering, the Skinceuticals version costs $163 for the same amount.
