Review: Rouge Bunny Rouge Colour Burst Lipstick in Word of Mouth
I don't know why it's taken me so long to review this lipstick. I've had it for months and I reach for it often. I've come to conclude that Rouge Bunny Rouge lipsticks are highly underrated. The brand is most known for its highlighters and eyeshadows but the lipsticks that I've tried are impressive performers, too. This one is a sheer strawberry kiss to the lips. As you can see in the swatch, it is definitely more in the sheer, dewy style. I find this quite moisturizing, almost as much as a Chantecaille Lip Chic. The lasting power is not great - as you might expect from a sheer, glossy lip product. Even when the glossiness fades, though, I find it leaves a subtle tint to my lips that is very flattering. The best part is, because these seem to be so often overshadowed by Rouge Bunny Rouge's other products, they don't sell very well and seem to go on sale a lot at various beauty websites. I got this one on B-glowing.com for about $12. Can't beat that!
