Review: Frederic Malle Le Parfum de Therese
I forwent sampling Le Parfum de Therese for a long time because the notes sounded...ugh. Aquatic fruity leather? Bleh! Then I got a free sample and gave it a go, against my better judgment. Boy, was I wrong. I don't get any watery, aquatic notes in this fragrance. I smell a richly spiced tangerine with undertones of plummy rose. There is a hint of vetiver and cedar in the drydown, but I smell no leather. It lasts all day with only one spray to my neck. I'm so thrilled - my Frederic Malle collection is finally complete!
